Overview
The Plugin Repo is where the IDA community shares its work. It gathers more than 260 plugins and apps across 13 categories, from decompilation and deobfuscation to malware analysis and vulnerability research, and every plugin installs with a single command.

Trust the process
What?
A public catalog of IDA plugins and apps for two audiences: authors who build them and reverse engineers who use them.
Why?
IDA's plugin ecosystem is one of its strengths, but publishing went through the customer portal. Authors needed a faster, more open way to share their work, and users needed a trustworthy place to find it.
Where?
On the web, and in the terminal: the catalog connects to the IDA Plugin Manager (HCLI), so discovery happens in the browser and installation is one hcli command.
How?
Make plugins easy to compare and quick to install: categories with counts, a verified author on every card, compatible IDA versions, community ratings and a copy-ready install command. The community is also invited in through the contributor program and the plugin contest.
Execution
Plugin page
A plugin page puts the essentials first: the run command, compatibility, publisher and categories sit beside the README, changelog and version history.

Browsing
Categories narrow the catalog, and each one adds search, IDA version and sort filters with a grid or list layout.

Publishing without the portal
Publishing moved out of the customer portal. Plugins stay hosted on GitHub; if a repository follows the requirements, it's scanned and validated automatically every 24 hours, published on the Plugin Repo and made available in the IDA Plugin Manager. No manual uploads, no waiting for approval. My Hex-Rays explains the change right where authors used to submit.
